Do you feel the change in CA? There is a fresh wind beginning to stir. Shift is coming. At Open the Gates in San Francisco (November 1st), Chuck Pierce delivered a powerful word: California is hanging in the balance. This year is pivotal as we head into the elections ahead — and the role of the Watchman has never been more vital. (Listen to the full message in the mp3 below.)

Representatives from North, South, and Central California responded to this call. In a home atmosphere, we met to hear from the Lord and from one another, worship, and seek revelation to declare His purposes. On the evening of Thursday, November 13th, we met to give thanks to God for His guidance and affirmation of prayer initiatives held across the state. Some examples:
Stand in the ways and see,
And ask for the old paths, where the good way is, And walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, 'We will not walk in it.' Also, I set watchmen over you, saying, 'Listen to the sound of the trumpet!' But they said, 'We will not listen.' |

There was a real sense that this scripture would be a central issue going forward. And, indeed, it kept coming to the fore. Watchmen are seeing, but are the people listening, and do they hear? This will be a key issue for any mobilization forward in CA.
November 14, Friday, was set for a time of processing words, concerns for the state, revelation, prayer and declaration. Much was shared with a view for the coming elections in 2026. Special guest, Senator Shannon Grove, visited us for two hours relaying testimonies of how God was moving in our state capitol through hidden seeds influencing the influencers. These seeds were bearing fruit of repentance and salvation. The discussion charged the spiritual atmosphere. In response, Cindy Gough from the Santa Maria Healing Rooms exhorted us all to speak in tongues. During this spiritual charge I had a sudden revelation of the importance of the "Melchizedek" king/priest as a transformative agency and call of God for the turning of the state. Like a whirlwind, past initiatives that were marked by a covenantal realignment came in to stamp God's approval on this vital key. The revelation brought clarity as to how to pray for the state in the coming eleciton. God is calling forth his royal priest-kings. Some of this may manifest as the Church as an ekklesia rises to influence the state, but also when God's servants, His marked priests, step forward towards kingly political office. The point could not be more clear. We as a state need to help and assist these servants as they step forward towards these governmental positions.
This went right into an amazing Presence and peace-filled Shabbat dinner. We enjoyed communion and Halah bread. Carol and David Kingsly topped off the day by giving us a prophetic word for our lives, state, and the call of the watchman.

November 15, Saturday, we discussed going forward with a view towards ramping up the watches, continued perseverance, addition of a "Judicial Watch" to be worked out in the coming weeks.
SUMMARY: God showed up, relationships and agreements were built, people were encouraged, and the way forward made. Challenges ahead will be the following:

We were all in awe as to how, Shannon Grove, this mighty woman of God is using her platform to further His Kingdom here on earth. This has given us great hope that our prayers are being answered at the highest level of State government.
Wendy Dow, whose husband Dan, is President of the Cal. DA’s association, shared some of the battles her husband is fighting against the Left. His stance for God’s righteousness has enraged many on that side of the aisle. She eloquently defended Dan’s passions on many issues that we are praying into everyday.
We were excited to finally understand the Melchizedek Anointing by you sharing the picture of the Priest and the King sculpture from Armenia. As we prayed for Che' Ann to have the king's anointing it brought such clarity us. Some of the next major prayers for 2026 are that conservative / Christians unite solidly behind one candidate in each race, thus not diluting the vote.
We were so on fire after this meeting we met with Kathi, her husband Tim, Teresa and Bruce to set goals for Eagles’ Nest for the new year-2026. We will be changing our forces to actually praying for our key leaders in our county and trying to connect face to face with them and walking / anointing the land.
Sue and Fred you allowed time for all in attendance to pray into the needs of these two families. We believe that all of us in attendance at this gathering came away with renewed hope, strength, and vision for the months and year ahead. P&AR- Ojai

I had one small but deep takeaway...OIL! Everywhere I looked at our hotel "pumping for oil" pictures! For me that resonated with pressing in, digging deep and keep going!
(When the going gets tough, the tough get going! AND keep going!) A great reminder and continues to come to the forefront! No accident we were in Bakersfield CALIFORNIA!
My BIG take way(and there were so many, it's hard to choose!) was the Sabbath encouragement. Days ahead will take lots of energy, listening, standing and momentum~
rest will be the fuel that keeps us going! JOY may be the rocket fuel but we need the everyday fuel of rest to navigate what we have to set our hands to!
We are entering HIs gates with Thanksgiving, His courts with praise and EXALTING His name together! KE-Ojai

God lifted the veil over our Capitol so we could see the underbelly of what He has been accomplishing in our State. The Bible has numerous stories of unnamed and unknow prophets, that were placed in key positions to advance the purposed of God’s Kingdom. We had the privilege to sit at the feet of such a person. A person God has placed in our State Capitol for such a time as this. A submitted, obedient servant who listens to the voice of God and is directed by the Holy Spirit. I’m sure this is not the only unnamed or unknown prophet in Sacrament, but this is the one who we have prayed for. This is the one who God has used to answer our prayers. Through this one key person, God has used to speak words of encouragement, words of truth and words of salvation. We heard incredible God stories that brought such hope for California.

- Salvation of people in key political places.
- Words of knowledge delivered through the younger generation that brought high powered officials to their knees in repentance.
- One on one encounters of government officials of the opposing side, where words of healing brought restoration to family members.
- Friendships that only God could bring together from opposing sides, that moved in the hearts of legislators to pull anti God’s purposes Bills off the Capitol floor at the very last minute because now, they knew the truth.
- A quote from a California political commenter, “something is going on in California”. He was so moved by the death of Charlie Kirk, that his views on profile were changed.
